Delete Account Request

If you wish to delete your HabitClub account and all associated data, follow the process below. We respect your privacy and will remove your personal data from our systems according to the timelines described on this page.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All related account data will be permanently removed.

What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • All habit tracking data and progress records stored in the cloud
  • Task data, subtasks, reminders, and related progress information
  • Club memberships, ownership data, messages, and social interactions where applicable
  • Profile information, preferences, and account metadata
  • Subscription-related identifiers associated with the account, where applicable

Method 1: In-App Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is through the app itself.

  1. Open the HabitClub app
  2. Go to the Profile section in Settings
  3. Scroll down and choose Delete Account
  4. Review the confirmation prompts
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to trackit.tr@gmail.com.

  • Subject: "HabitClub Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account, if any
  • Your anonymous customer ID starting with RC, available in the app About section
  • Your device type: iOS or Android
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and related data

Processing Time and Retention

In-app deletion: Your account and data are deleted after you complete the confirmation flow.

Email requests: We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the email and send a confirmation once complete.

HabitClub stores data in Firebase cloud storage. When deletion is requested, we remove the account data from Firebase, including habit entries, user preferences, and related metadata. Minimal records handled by third-party services are removed within the stated timeframe where deletion is available.
