8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. When you delete your account, all your habit data, task data, club data, social interactions, progress records, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Note that messages you've sent in clubs may remain visible to other club members even after account deletion.
9. Children's Privacy
HabitClub is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
